When the speaker pauses after having done a portion of the speech, only then does the interpreter interpret the message.
This mode of interpretation is mostly used in settings in which all or most people involved need an interpreter. Suggested for small group meetings or presentations in which most of the audience needs interpretation.

This mode of interpretation saves time and allows more freedom for the speaker who is never interrupted.
Suggested for large group meetings in which only part of the audience needs an interpreter.
